Forget Me Not Club

The Forget Me Not Dementia Day Clubs were set up in Swansea in October 2010 to help people suffering from all types of dementia and its effects and to support their carers.
Our aim is to hold day clubs for people with dementia and their carers to meet in a social environment at a local base: to give the person with dementia and their carer an opportunity for friendship, continued access to social life and to have enjoyment in life.
The Clubs are run by volunteers, and this will hopefully integrate the people with dementia and their carers into the local community.
