Death may well be a fact of life, but its’ not welcome, it’s not sought after, it’s horrible!

How we cope with losing someone may be hard and often times feels a very lonely walk.

The Bereavement Journey course may be helpful for you if you are finding it hard to cope or come to terms with the loss of a a dear one.

It is not a counselling session. It is not the complete answer to all of your questions; we do not claim to have all the answers.
BUT, we do have time for you; we have made a space for you to come along to feel listened to and understand that you are not alone as you grieve.
